BEFORE PAYMENT

Check the details together.

Confirm the invoice reference, beneficiary, currency, amount, payment schedule and bank charges. If instructions differ or are unclear, resolve them before making the transfer.

ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATION / REFUNDS

If the plan changes,
contact us promptly.

Send your order reference and describe the requested change. We will review the order status and the agreed terms with you.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

A request needs review.

Cancellation by agreement depends on the contract and the stage of the order, including any production or customisation already undertaken. Requesting cancellation does not by itself end the contract.

Any agreed cancellation costs or deductions must have a valid contractual or legal basis. Starting production does not by itself remove rights or remedies available under applicable law.

REFUNDS & LEGAL RIGHTS

The circumstances matter.

Entitlement to a refund, its amount, timing and any permitted deductions are determined by the agreed contract and applicable law. We do not apply a blanket statement that all payments are non-refundable.

Nothing on this page excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, including any applicable rights arising from non-delivery, non-conforming goods or other breach of contract.

USEFUL TO KNOW

Payment questions,
answered clearly.

Keep the latest agreed quotation, pro forma invoice and order reference together throughout the payment process.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer is the available payment method for these business orders. Follow the payment instructions supplied with your pro forma invoice.

Can I pay in euro or US dollars?

Yes. EUR and USD are accepted. The currency for your particular order is agreed in the quotation and stated on the pro forma invoice.

Is full payment always required in advance?

The payment structure is agreed individually. Any deposit, balance and due dates must be confirmed for the order; no universal percentage is stated on this page.

Who pays bank and intermediary-bank charges?

The buyer bears these charges. Ask your bank how the transfer charges will be handled so the recipient receives the agreed amount in the invoice currency.

Does sending proof of transfer start production?

A transfer confirmation can help identify the payment, but it is not confirmation of receipt. Preparation or production starts after the agreed payment has been received, unless a different arrangement has been individually approved.

Can I request deferred payment?

Deferred payment is available only with individual approval. It must be expressly agreed for your order and is not automatic.

What if the payment is late or the received amount is short?

Contact us with the invoice reference and transfer details so the position can be checked. The order schedule may need to be reviewed under the agreed terms; this page does not impose an automatic penalty or forfeiture.

Can an order be cancelled or a payment refunded?

Contact us promptly with the order reference. A request to cancel does not by itself terminate the contract. Whether cancellation or a refund is due, and its amount and timing, depend on the agreed contract, the circumstances and applicable law. Any rights arising from non-delivery, non-conforming goods or another breach remain subject to that law.
