CONNECT HELPCENTER · STORE SETTINGS AND DESIGN
Reviewing, approving and changing the design
Before launching the store, we jointly review the agreed design and content. Consolidated comments, clear approvals and precise requirements make it easier to complete the build and make later adjustments.
Approval is not just confirmation that the homepage looks good. Check brand recognition, information, links and key customer journeys on desktop and mobile.

01 · PREPARATION AND REVIEW
What to review on desktop and mobile
Go through the homepage, menus, categories, product pages and important informational pages. Check the logo, colors, readability, photo crops and button visibility. On mobile, pay particular attention to navigation and longer headings.
Check each agreed language version. If ordering or notifications need to be tested, agree on a test procedure so that the test does not trigger unwanted real processing or delivery.
02 · PREPARATION AND REVIEW
How to submit a revision request
For each comment, provide the exact link, device and browser, as well as a description of what you see and what you expect. If the layout is important, add a screenshot with the relevant section marked. Blur actual personal and business data that is not necessary.
Separate an issue from a new request. An example of an issue is a button that leads to the wrong page; a new section or a different concept may be an expansion of the scope that we first need to assess.
03 · PREPARATION AND REVIEW
Approval and changes after publication
One responsible person submits the consolidated list and confirms the final version. Record what has been approved and which items, if any, have been left for a later phase. We confirm the publication deadline and method as agreed.
Submit subsequent changes using the same clear procedure. If a change involves a name, URL, shared template or multiple languages, list all affected sections. We confirm the scope, timing and any cost before work begins.
Recommended work sequence
Go through the agreed checklist.
Consolidate comments into a clear list.
Review the revisions and confirm the version.
Agree on the publication and procedure for future changes.

Frequently asked questions
Is a screenshot enough to report a problem?
Also include the exact URL, description, device and steps. A screenshot without context often does not show how to reproduce the problem.
Can we add a new idea after approval?
Yes, submit a request. Before implementation, we agree on the impact on the scope, timing and cost.
